Plot[]
On a stormy Halloween night, Richie is disappointed because he can't go trick-or-treating. To make it up, Steve, Waldo and the Winslow family cheer him up by weaving a 19th-century tale about the Duke of Urkel's battle against a vampire family, the Von Winslows.

On a stormy Halloween night, Richie is disappointed because he can't go trick-or-treating. To make it up, Steve, Waldo and the Winslow family cheer him up by weaving a 19th-century tale about the Duke of Urkel's battle against a vampire family, the Von Winslows. When a Halloween-night storm cancels trick-or-treating, Urkel cheers up a disappointed Richie by playing Pass the Ghost Story. Everyone takes turns telling a story about 19th-century vampires (Carl and Harriette) licking their chops over the wayfaring Sir Steven (Urkel).
