Plot[]
Urkel, determined to go out with Laura, resorts to his most outlandish trick yet: Camping out on the rooftop of the Winslow home. Meanwhile, Richie tries to fight off the advances of a young girl named, Gwendolyn (Naya Rivera), who has just moved to the neighborhood.
