Synopsis[]

Plot[]
The vice principal is ordering Mr. Looney to move his things out of old school's bomb shelter or face termination from his job. Carl tries to help the situation by offering Looney an apartment not to far from the school, but the janitor refuses. Carl, Urkel and Mr. Looney become trapped in the school's old fallout shelter. Now Carl has another source of frustration ... Mr. Looney's (pronounced Lew-neigh, it's French; this becomes his catchphrase anytime someone pronounces it Loo-nee) love for singing Broadway musical songs. He demands for silence from him and Urkel as they wait for help.
Meanwhile, Harriette continues her search for a new job, and finds a job at the local clothing store in the Complaint Department after the last worker gave in to his mental breakdown by being rude to his latest customer. Harriette proves her handiness in helping Estelle not only get a refund for the vacuum cleaner, but also a replacement from the manufacturer. Mr. Waxman is impressed and hires her on the spot.
While waiting, Urkel wisely sets Carl straight for his behavior. He mentions that he and Looney were trying to help pass time by singing show tunes while Eddie is seeking help to free them from the shelter. Carl eventually realizes his behavior has been selfish and joins in with the two singing. Eddie returns in the nick of time to get them free and Urkel offers Looney a home in the Urkel house.
