Toni Procopio is a tough girl that goes to Laura Winslow's and Steve Urkel's school. She was portrayed by Tracey Cherelle Jones.
In The Gun, because she and work "don't go together", she and her thug friends surrounded Laura at the school parking lot and demanded she give a new, expensive leather jacket she bought to her but instead of cooperating, Laura fought Toni and her friends; somehow they succeeded in stealing the jacket. She was later arrested by Carl Winslow, but got out on bail. The next day, she appeared in the parking lot and showed Laura and Steve her gun, threatening to shoot the former if she testified at her trial. She later shoots Laura’s friend Josie in the arm because Josie refused to give Toni her new shoes despite Josie being armed herself. After this, Toni was not seen or mentioned again, although it is likely that she and her friends are expelled, arrested and imprisoned (this time for good), or a fatality of gun violence.
