Colonel Omar Urkel is an uncle of Steve Urkel whom was mentioned in Original Gangsta Dawg which he planned to say in his nuclear submarine to Cornelius. Omar was mentioned warning Steve not to tamper with the submarine while there, due to his clumsiness.
